“This was without a doubt the worst buying experience I have ever encountered. No one at Pohanka Acura, from my salesman up to the executive in charge of the dealership, Scott Crabtree made any effort or attempt whatsoever to make this situation right. Even a fax and phone calls directly to Jeff Pohanka were never responded to. On April 24, 2003, I was clearly cheated out of over $1500 when my salesman Scott Bershader stated as part of our deal, that he would completely and totally pay off my existing Honda lease as I was entering a new one with him for my 2003 TL. Months after the fact he claims to have made a math error and says there is nothing he can do about it.” Here’s the whole story.
A quote from their web site which we find very amusing. “Pohanka Acura provides its customers with comprehensive new and used Acura inventory and customer service at the highest imaginable level.”
Just what does ”highest imaginable level” mean to you, Lenny Gonzales, Scott Crabtree and Jeff Pohanka? Obviously not very much.
